This checklist contains the steps you need to follow to buy your dream home. Second, send us an email at LeiVillarRE(at)gmail(dot)com so we can set up a search set for you on the MLS and email you homes which fit your search criteria. Third, check out the estimate of the buyer’s closing costs for Toronto and the GTA. This is the approximate amount you will need to have available on the day of closing in addition to your down payment. This cannot be added to the mortgage.
