It’s a smart move because it allows us to address any issues identified in the inspection report before putting your home on the market. If there’s a major concern that will involve a huge investment, we can factor that in when you price your home for sale and we will note that in our listing.

Interestingly, some buyers may even forgo conducting their own inspection if they can review your inspection report.
